Work work work

Working is something that all of us have to do at some point. We need money to buy things and we get money by working. Recently I was faced with the decision of working somewhere where I make more money, or somewhere that I love working. I started working at Costco in October of last year.

Here are some of the things I love about

~You start making $11 an hour.
~You get raises really fast
~When you work Sundays, you get paid time and a half
~The managers treat their employees great
~Everyone who works there is so nice
~You can wear jeans to work
~You get a free Costco card
~Everyone shops at Costco so you see everyone!

All of these things are great about Costco. That's why it was so hard to leave making $11 an hour to making $9.50 an hour at Hilton Garden Inn. But here's what I love about



~I get to dress up for work
~I can go to work and leave work in the same physical condition (I don't come home sweaty)
~I actually get appreciated when I do something right
~I get to meet random people and actually get to know them
~I can get cheap hotel rooms
~I can get 24 hours by working 3 shifts instead of 24 hours by working 6 shifts
~I work with the same people so I have better friendships with them


So...What would you do? Work for the place where you get paid the most, or work for the place you love working??
